1.1 Direct shipping to all of my locations?

A: Mobile Line Communications can simplify the ordering process by fulfilling each stores requirements from preset inventory sheets and drop shipping to each location.

1.2 Custom Packaging and Bar Coding?

A: Mobile Line Communications offers Private Labeling. You may design your own or use our in-house graphics department for your packaging back card. Custom packaging allows you to create the image you desire and build a brand identity for your stores. Attractively designed and informative packaging has brought a 20% increase in accessory sales to other Mobile Line Communications Dealers.

1.3 Free return of discontinued merchandise?

A: Choose from several convenient programs including Defective Allowance or standard Return Authorization form via fax or web site. Mobile Line Communications also offers a one-for-one replacement program for defective parts and/or a 90 day stock balance option.

1.4 Individual invoicing per P.O.?

A: Individual invoicing per Purchase Order is standard procedure for Mobile Line Communications.

1.5 Discount on invoice per order to cover defective products?

A: Mobile Line Communications offers a 2% invoice credit to cover defective products in lue of the 90 day stock balance option. (See #3)

1.6 Website for special ordering from retail locations?

A: Yes, please visit www.mobileline.com.

1.7 Assigned Sales Representatives?

A: An assigned Sales Representative for each Dealer is standard business practice for Mobile Line Communications.

1.8 Order fulfillment reports?

A: Mobile Line Communications can provide you with an Order Fulfillment Report.

1.9 Displays?

A: Mobile Line Communications can provide you with displays for products.

1.10 Sales training for retail representatives?

A: Mobile Line Communications can provide sales training on products for your retail sales representatives. Talk to your assigned Sales Representative for details.

1.11 Sales promotions for retail sales representatives?

A: Mobile Line Communications can offer motivating sales promotions for your retail sales representatives. Talk to your assigned Sales Representative for details.
