Mobile Line offers a comprehensive program for the warehousing and distribution of wireless products for catalog and Internet companies. Many such entities have found that out-sourcing product acquisition, receiving, warehousing, inventory financing, packaging and shipping is a tremendous savings in cost and administration. Mobile Line has years of experience in facilitating the movement of product from manufacturer through our warehouse and to your customer in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
Mobile Line can fulfill orders that are generated by your web site, your catalog or by an in-store customer. This means you will never say no to a customers' accessory request or send them to your competitor. We will ship products directly to your customers based on the following guidelines:
You collect the money from the customer for their "special order". Internally, the store may contact us direct or forward the information to your purchasing manager. Fax a Purchase Order to 877-247-2545 or e-mail your Account Manager. Some e-mail a pdf file of their Purchase Order. Be sure to include, Bill To information, shipping instructions and your customer's Ship To address. We must receive all requests in writing whether, electronically or via fax. If order is received by 1:00 pm PST we will ship same day. If, for some reason it may not ship, (out of stock), you will be notified by 4:00 pm PST at which time we will advise our delivery date or an alternative product. We will fax or e-mail to you by 11:00 am PST a copy of your invoice with Tracking Number.
Shipping: Based on reliability we recommend UPS or OnTrac. The return address on the shipping label will be:

Packaging: Aftermarket accessories will be packaged in Your Brand or Mobile Line packaging, clamshell and back card. There are a few items that are boxed in generic boxes. The outside carton will be a Standard Shipping Box with standard internal filler material. We will include a Packing List from "Fulfillment Services" and any other information you deem appropriate, such as your return policy and warranty information or how to buy more accessories.
Sales Tax:
Ship outside CA: Any sales tax is the sole responsibility of the retailer.
Ship To is inside CA: The retailer must hold a valid California resale license and we must have a signed resale card on file from the retailer. Otherwise, per California State Law we must collect sales tax from the dealer and it will be added to the invoice price.
