In order to maximize ordering efficiency, we offer unique programs to help you manage your inventory. These programs are especially valuable to retailers with 5 or more locations.

Here's how it works:

Option #1

EZ Ordering (Manual Process)

1) We create inventory worksheets, which list only the products you stock and an estimate of how many units you will sell over a two-week period.

2) Your store manager or designee takes inventory every Monday and faxes the results to your Account Manager at Mobile Line.

3) These inventory sheets become your Purchase Order.

4) We automatically ship you the difference between the On Hand quantity and the Max quantity.

5) We fax your Inventory Sheet/Purchase Order to your corporate office where you can enter your purchase order.

The intent is to place two weeks worth of inventory on the shelf and order weekly. We will advise you when the Max Quantity should be adjusted up or down. See example below:

Option #2

Mobile Line’s VMI Program
Our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program is designed to give retailers more time to maximize every sale. Mobile Line handles the backend of your inventory procedures based on your point-of-sale data. Stock will ship to you every week based on your store’s sell-through levels, and every 90 days Mobile Line will take back product that does not sell, therefore eliminating dead stock. We’ll add the latest products for new handsets and take out products for end of life/discontinued phones. We can also customize the accessory mix to unique to each location. We provide you with the right products at the right time with no risks.
What if you send us too much product?

With Stock Balancing you can rest assured it is NOT in our best interest to over stock your store. Should that situation occur, you simply return the items utilizing your stock balancing option.

Does this program preclude us from ordering more often or different accessories?

Absolutely not, this program is designed to help you be more disciplined about ordering and reducing costly out of stock situations. You may order as often as you wish.

Stock Balancing

Many retailers have found Stock Balancing to be a very beneficial service. Often, carriers will change the phone they are promoting without notice, leaving the retailer overstocked on accessories that aren't as "hot" as they once were. Stock Balancing eliminates the risk of obsolete or discontinued product. With the multitude of fashion accessories being offered, how does the retailer know which accessory is going to sell? Stock Balancing takes the risk out of trying new products. The goal of Stock Balancing is for you to offer a wider variety of styles, colors and brands. We want you to have a better selection than your competitor down the street.

How does it work?

Any aftermarket accessory you purchase, including Body Glove, Jabra and Plantronics qualify for Stock Balancing. From the date of the invoice, you have 90 days to determine if the product is moving. If the product, style or color is not selling, or not selling fast enough, you may return the items, no questions asked. Simply call your Account Manager for an RMA Number. Your product must be returned "New" and in original packaging. No refund will be given.

What doesn't qualify for stock balancing?

Special order items and discontinued items do not qualify. Stock balancing is limited to 15% of your total purchases.

What if the packaging has been opened or is not in "New" condition?

All aftermarket accessories would still qualify as long as they are not used, regardless of packaging. We would not be able to accept retail-packaged, branded accessories such as: Body Glove, Jabra, Plantronics, etc. without original packaging in "New" condition.
